Consent to the processing of personal data

1. I hereby, freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, give consent to Altayagrosoyuz LLC (TIN/KPP 2222027896/222201001, registration address: 656922, Altai Territory, Barnaul, Traktovaya St., 23), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, to process my personal data: last name, first name, patronymic; telephone number; email address; information about devices.

2. The operator processes my personal data for the following purposes:

• providing the ability to fill out applications for the supply of grain products and grain processing products, support orders and inform about the status of delivery;
• improving the quality of service, customer support and functionality of the Site;
• organization of logistics, shipment and interaction with transport companies;
• transfer of data to analytics and CRM services for customer support and processing requests.

3. My consent is specific, specific, informed, conscious and unequivocal.

4. Processing methods: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, depersonalization, blocking, destruction - both with and without the use of automation tools.

5. Shelf life:

• for execution of a supply agreement - 5 years from the date of the last interaction;

8. I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties:

• transport and logistics companies to organize the supply of products;
