A terminal for transshipment of grain and transit cargo from China will be created in the port of Zarubino

It is planned to build a terminal for transshipment of grain with a capacity of 10 million tons per year on the territory of the Khasansky district of Primorsky Krai (Zarubino port). This is reported by FSUE "Rosmorport".

The project for the construction of a new terminal in the seaport of Zarubino is included in the territorial planning scheme of a Russian subject by order of the Government of Russia dated January 26, 2017 No. 96-r.

The terminal being created will be focused not only on the transshipment of Russian grain, but also on the processing of transit cargo from agricultural producers in the northern provinces of China. The capacity of the first launch complex will be 3.5 million tons.

Development of design documentation for terminal facilities is carried out by United Grain Company JSC.
