The largest grain processing enterprise in the Altai Territory, the Rosa group of companies, continues to expand markets for its products. In November of this year, the first delivery of cereals from the Altai producer to Japan reached Tokyo.

In the Land of the Rising Sun, buckwheat from the fields of the region will be ground into flour, which, in turn, will be used to make the famous buckwheat noodles "soba". This national dish in the form of long gray noodles made from buckwheat flour is popular in Japan as a fast food. Such noodles are prepared both in restaurants and at home. It is worth noting that earlier the Japanese partners of the Rosa group of companies bought buckwheat in China, however, having assessed the quality of Altai raw materials, they decided to supply it from the Russian region.

The company from Tokyo was attentive to the choice of a new supplier: Japanese specialists carefully examined samples of buckwheat from the Altai commodity producer, and the general director of the company specially came to Russia and for several days got acquainted with the production of the enterprise and personally examined the fields of buckwheat.

The conditions for growing and processing cereals satisfied the representatives of a foreign company: the choice fell on Altai buckwheat from the Rosa Group of Companies, the Altai Territory Administration for Food, Processing, Pharmaceutical Industry and Biotechnology told Kazakh-Zerno News Agency.

Specialists of the enterprise say that in Japan there has long been a special philosophy of quality (kaizen) adopted at the level of the whole society. This practice focuses on continuous improvement of manufacturing, development, supporting business processes and management. Following this, the quality of any product, especially imported, is evaluated extremely strictly.

The partner from Japan is also interested in green buckwheat produced at the Altai enterprise. In the near future, representatives of a foreign company will begin to study its samples.

Recall that at the beginning of September of this year, the flour-grinding enterprise made the first shipment of cereals to Georgia. 25 types of cereals, cereals and pasta were sent to Altai processors in Tbilisi. Products under the well-known trademark "Altaiskaya Skazka" were shipped to a foreign country. In June of this year, the Rosa group of companies began supplying cereals and cereal flakes to Canada and Australia. The product range presented to consumers in foreign countries amounted to about 30 items.
